Low Fat Diet And Low Carb Diet



    Being overweight or obesity is one of  health problems and confidence, especially for women who want an ideal body shape or skinny. One of the best way is to diet. Diet is the amount of food consumed by someone (Wikipedia.com). Diet has benefit for people who want to  weight loss. There are some types of diet according to Shereen Jegtvig, low fat diet and low carb diet, both have some similirarities and differences on the following points; weight loss, good for health, and obtained nutrition.
    First, a low-fat diet and low carb diet can lose weight about 7-10 percent weight after 48 weeks. Low fat diet is the way to reduce fat intake of 30 percent per day, by replacing the high-carbohydrate foods that are low fat or no fat, foods like soda, rice, and a variety of foods that do not have fat or full of carbohydrates which are not restricted use. In contrast, low-carbohydrate diet is done by reducing the intake of carbohydrates 20 percent per day and replace by eating fruits, vegetables, and with a bit carbohydrate of food and balanced with fat in the food, the use is already planned.
                Next , both of them are good for health. Because weight loss, the function of cells in the body to function properly. However, there is a problem in low-fat diet, because the consumption of fat are limited and replace with carbohydrates or foods for this diet, are damaged by high blood pressure, oxidized LDL cholesterol and hormonal imbalance. On the other hand,  low-carbohydrate diet is more beneficial for the heart, because of food for this diet is healthier, a healthy diet will take care of the heart in the presence of antioxidants in vegetables and fruits  or menu for this diet.                       
 In Addition, low fat diet and low carb diet obtained nutrition from the foods or menu for diet, which helps increase body resistance by adjusting the diet. However,  low fat diet foods  are not presenting any significant changes in weight loss and just brings health problems. Likewise low-carb diet if  you do not adjust your diet will only be presenting any health problems such as constipation, hair loss, and the other. In addition, the choice of low-carbohydrate diet is more efficient because the good nutrition in menu for diet, than the low-fat diet.
                 In conclusion, there are many choices you can get if you want to weight loss, low fat diet and low carb diet just a part of that. Low fat diet and low carb diet together  weight loss, good for health and obtained nutrition.
